Pendle Heritage Centre

Overview

Beside an ancient crossing of Pendle Water, this group of Grade II-listed farm buildings and walled garden offers the ideal day out for the whole family, perfect for exploring the Pendle area either on foot or by car. The ancient farmhouse, Park Hill, has been carefully restored using traditional building skills, providing a vivid insight into how this historic house has developed and been adapted from the 1400s to the present day. The main exhibitions in the main house evoke the 17th century. The Centre is open daily and includes a garden tearoom, 18th-century walled garden, Cruck Frame Barn, a Parlour shop, tourist information centre, Pendle Arts Gallery and a conference centre.
